The load sensing pumps provide efficient and responsive power and the system controls and metering are second to none.

All systems come with complete documentation and are fully pre-tested and calibrated for flow and pressure. Flow meters and pressure gauges are standard. Applications are virtually unlimited as these systems can be designed to whatever you have available, whether generator, main engine(s), auxiliary engine, or AC driven hydraulic pump.

Hydraulic System Component Details:

Load Sensing System - The sensor determines the amount of pressure needed for a given load and applies exactly the right amount, resulting in increased operating efficiency.

Reservoir - Aluminum tank with 100 mesh stainless steel screen protected suction ports, cooler, sight glass, low level alarm-customer wired, and temperature gauge.

Pressure Compensated Flow Control - Maintains accurate constant flow at pressures up to 3000 PSI.

Bow Thruster Directional Control Valve - Handles flows up to 93 GPM and pressures up to 3000 PSI, including 3 position directional control and manifold.

Cushion Valve - Designed to minimize or eliminate shock surge and overload conditions on hydraulic equipment.

Return Filter - With 3 micron filter element.

Ball or Gate Valves - To isolate filters and pumps for element change or service.

Pressure Gauge - 0-3000 PSI

WESMAR Roll Fin Stabilizer Hydraulic Systems Are The Ultimate for Stabilizer Performance and Efficiency!

WESMAR's unique load sensing system senses the power required at any given moment and applies just the right amount to move the load. This allows the system to run much more efficiently than an average pressure compensated systems, which is especially important with a component that's frequently operating continuously such as a stabilizer.

Fixed displacement, non-sensing systems are also available, as well as systems that will power both thrusters and stabilizers with single or dual pumps.
